Workforce Development

Questar III’s Workforce Development can assist organizations in providing workforce development trainings to improve the performance of current employees or to train new employees with the skills necessary to be productive in today’s global workplace.

Employees of all levels can receive company specific training designed to provide current workers with new skills for advancement. Questar III also trains new employees or dislocated workers to obtain the necessary skills to enter the workforce and be contributors to the Tech Valley economy.

We will work closely with company managers to achieve effective customized assessment, training, scheduling and grant exploration driven by the customers’ needs.

Businesses are also encouraged to join our Business Alliance to help support the development, sustainability, relevance and modification of programs to keep Questar III up to date with the changing economy and job climate.
