Following an appointment by the Questar III BOCES Board of Education, Patrick Corrigan has joined the organization as the new Director of Alternative Education, Adult Education and Home Instruction.

“Questar III BOCES is known as an organization dedicated to improving lives in the community,” said Patrick Corrigan. “I am proud to be joining this team of committed educators.”

Corrigan comes to us from Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES where he served as Principal of their Pathways Academy, a special education school setting. His passion for education and commitment to students will enhance our team and expand opportunities for students.

“Patrick’s experience makes him a great fit for our team,” said Anthony Taibi, Assistant Superintendent of Career and Technical Education and Innovative Programs. “With his focus on these specialized educational programs, services to our students in non-traditional school settings will continue to thrive.”

Prior experience includes time at both the Greater Amsterdam School District and Voorheesville Central School District as high school principal, and he first began his educational career as a Social Studies teacher. Corrigan will focus on our Alternative Education, Adult Education and Home Instruction services, providing students with diverse learning opportunities to reach their full potential.
