As we bring another school year to a close, I want to reflect on our achievements while looking ahead to what is coming next year.

Students across the country remembered the victims of the Parkland shooting and called for change in their schools and communities. Throughout our BOCES region, students stood up and spoke out in many different ways.
Parkland was named Florida’s safest city last year yet on Valentine’s Day and Ash Wednesday it became the site of one of deadliest mass shootings in U.S. history.
During the month of January our BOCES region lost four longtime supporters of public education – Peter Rupp, Jann Leonard, Ann Holstein and Michael Anson.
