This 8 hour training gives adults tools to identify students struggling with a mental health or substance use problem and connect them with appropriate support & resources.

NYSED requires schools to implement mental health education literacy. This two-part workshop will help teachers unpack and understand the new guidelines.
Local teams compete in Odyssey World Finals
Five local teams advanced to the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals at Iowa State University from May 23-26, and all five placed in the top 20 in their problem and age group!
CTE students compete at state competition
CTE students from CGEC in Hudson and REC in Troy placed in the top two statewide at the NYS Skills USA Competition April 25-27 at the State Fairgrounds in Syracuse.
5 teams advance to Odyssey Finals
Five local student teams advanced to the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals May 23-26 at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. This is the 12th straight year that a team from the Questar III region has advanced.
