Instructional Materials Aid

Districts have until April 15 to make corrections to their Instructional Materials Aid claim for 2022-23 expenditures for their aid to be paid for 2023-24 accurately. Instructional Materials Aid is typically ‘frozen’ on April 30 of each year. We encourage districts to review their IMA output report and submit any necessary ST-3 changes/Schedule C changes relating to Instructional Materials Aid calculations to State Aid via SAMS by April 15.
