We will have a webinar on Wednesday, October 27th at 9:00 a.m. to provide a refresher on how to use our Excel template to gather your district’s expenditures and to be able to report those costs in the format of the ESSA report requirements and to discuss the changes for the 20-21 report. Our ESSA template and supporting PowerPoint are posted on our website under the “Resources”, then “Other” links across the top of the page. This template is password protected but it is the same password that was used for the Transparency report. If you need a copy of the password, please email: stateaidplanning@questar.org and we will send it to you via email.
Please note that we have identified a minor issue with how some of the federal grants (K6-K7) are summarized on the Summary page. We have revised the template on our website (current one is Version 2.0). If you are using Version 1.0, please send us a copy and we can apply the patch promptly and return it to you. We apologize for any inconveniences.
The IDEx portal for districts to be able to submit their 2020-21 ESSA financial report of actual expenditures is open. For the 2020-21 school year, the report is due December 31, 2021 (except for the Big 5). SED has posted instructions on their website.
