The Division of Budget (DOB) has approved the School Age Payment(s) below, and the Approved Payment Reports (APRs) are now available for export to school district folders on the SED File Transfer Manager (FTM) via the DQPAY screen.

Due to the ongoing pandemic and subsequent fiscal climate of NYS, pursuant to DOB direction, the payment(s) represent 80% of the total amount due. The remaining 20% has been placed on hold until DOB approval is received. Note: The DQPAY and DQSUM may make it appear as if districts have been paid the full amount displayed on the summer 2019 APR #01 and APR #02. The STAC and Medicaid Unit has confirmed the district’s full verified claim as earned; however, SED only paid school districts 80% of the amount earned on APR #02.

The STAC and Medicaid Unit has created reports for districts to view their remaining balances for the payments that were prorated after the APRs were run. Click the ‘amount on hold’ links below to view the charts.
