The State Aid Claim Form A and Community Schools Set-aside Supplemental Schedule 8 are now available in SAMS. You may log into SAMS by using the following link which can be found on SED’s State Aid Unit website or here: https://stateaid.nysed.gov/sams/. For additional information and instructions regarding completing and submitting these forms you should review SED’s memo: https://stateaid.nysed.gov/sams/2018-19_SAMS_Release_Memo.htm. The deadline for the initial submission of all claims forms and the ST-3 is Tuesday, September 4th.
SAMS was recently updated to include the ‘Import Form Data’ option under the Forms Tab which was not available for use last week. This feature allows you to import data files from your district’s financial system (Finance Manager, WinCap, etc.) to complete the ST-3.
