Intake Process

Career and Technical Education
Prospective students must apply for a CTE or Career Studies program through their home school counseling office. The SchoolTool portal will be open for home school counselors to complete the student intake process in mid-February. Home schools are notified by May 2nd on the status of a student’s intake into their program of interest.

Students are asked to visit our programs and complete an interest form, which should be returned to their home school counselor. Accepted students are invited to a Parent and Student Orientation Program designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the CTE or Career Studies program the student will enter in September. Please fill out this form and return to your school counselor.

Special Education
Schools must submit required documentation to Questar III for each new student enrolled in the program prior to the program start.
