Questar III BOCES has partnered with Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations to offer a three-part Labor Relations program designed to enhance the ability and skills of public school managers, supervisors, administrators and business officials operating within a Union environment.
The program is delivered in three, two-day modules: July 29-30, 2014; November 17-18, 2014; and March 9-10,2015.
The program will guide participants on how to manage staff and operations within the confines of a collective bargaining agreement and the legal restrictions of the public sector education environment.
