Career and Technical Education

Description

Questar III’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs equip high school students with the academic and technical skills necessary to succeed in today’s competitive job market. Based out of our three regional technical schools—Donald R. Kline Technical School (Hudson), Marilyn A. Noonan School (Durham), and Robert H. Gibson Technical School (Troy)—our programs serve students across Rensselaer, Columbia, and Greene Counties.

Through half-day, hands-on learning experiences, students explore career interests while developing specialized skills and earning industry-recognized credentials. Our CTE curriculum emphasizes creative problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and leadership—skills essential for success in both postsecondary education and the modern workforce.
