Bus Amortization – September 1st
Each school district that issued debt for bus purchases in 24-25 needs to report the debt terms by September 1st on Schedule F6-Bus Amortization in SAMS. Additional information on the calculation is available on SED’s website.

Attorney Reporting – August 15th
Annual reporting of the names and amounts paid to attorneys that were engaged by the district are due 45 days after the year-end. Use the NYSED Business Portal – SED Monitoring and Vendor Performance application to complete the Attorney Reporting by August 15th.
