Data must be submitted via OSC's online portal by February 27th as March 1st falls on a weekend. As a reminder, you can revise the Property Tax Cap after March 1st if needed. Our Property Tax Guidebook is updated and posted to our website.
Building Condition Survey (BCS)
If you have a 2025 Building Condition Survey (BCS) report to submit for your district, be sure it is submitted via SED’s portal by February 27th (as March 1st falls on the weekend) so your district will receive the State Aid available.
