Enterprise Help Desk

The Questar III Enterprise Help Desk is the central point of contact for all technology-related service requests including:

  • Technology planning
  • Purchase quotations
  • Move/add/change coordination
  • General technical assistance

To contact the Enterprise Help Desk, Questar III employees should submit a ticket using the helpdesk ticketing system or email for assistance.


Software Request

Software purchases and acquisition (including free downloads) must be approved in advance by supervisors, administrators, and the Technology Advisory Committee. Questar III seeks to obtain software products – including “click through” applications and other applications – that will best serve our students and business functions, that avoid duplication of data systems, that provide best value, and that include appropriate data security safeguards.
