District-Wide Health and Safety Committee

Do you have a health and safety concern? Questar III’s District Wide Health and Safety Committee has established a formalized process to assist employees with their concerns. This process involves engaging your building safety committee and your supervisor with valid health and safety concerns at the local level first.

In the event the issue is not resolved with the local committee, employees can complete and submit a formal Health and Safety Concern Form to the District Wide committee. Instructions for completing and registering a concern can be found on the form. The district committee will only investigate concerns that have been formally submitted.

The purpose of the District Wide Health and Safety Committee is to assist with the handling of health and safety concerns in our facilities. Comprised of representatives from each Questar III facility or program area, the group meets every other month. The committee was established as a requirement of the State Education Department’s Rebuild Schools to Uphold Education (RESCUE) Law of 1998.
