Injuries in the Workplace

Any staff member who is injured in the performance of a work assignment should notify the- Health and Safety Office 518-479-6925 so an injury report can be completed. It is also necessary to notify your immediate Supervisor no later than the day succeeding the accident, even if you did not seek medical treatment. Timely notification is extremely important.

If medical treatment is required for an on-the-job injury, inform the physician or service provider that the claim is associated with Workers' Compensation and that all billing be forwarded to:
