Building Aid Form Submissions – Bond (SA-132), BAN (SA-135), Building Contract (SA-139) and Final Cost Report Submissions Update 

The following Building Aid Forms are no longer able to be processed after July 15, 2026: Bond (SA-132), BAN (SA-135), Building Contract (SA-139) and Final Cost Report Submissions following the old guidance. These forms will now be submitted electronically through the Building Project area in the State Aid Management System (SAMS) Rebuild once it opens.  Between July 16th and August 2nd, these documents cannot be submitted.
