All school districts and BOCES must respond to the Single Audit Threshold inquiry in Question 1 and either confirm that a Single Audit or Program-Specific Audit Reporting Package was uploaded to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse (FAC) or file the Single Audit Exemption Form for fiscal year-end 2026 in the NYSED Application Business Portal (Business Portal) by March 31, 2027.
The Business Portal is now open for all school districts and BOCES to submit their Single Audit Exemption Form, if applicable, pursuant to the Office of Management and Budget’s Uniform Guidance 2 CFR §200.501(d), or confirm that their Single Audit or Program-Specific Audit Reporting Package was uploaded to the FAC, pursuant to the Office of Management and Budget’s Uniform Guidance 2 CFR §200.512(a)(1),(b)(1), and (d).
