The following Building Aid Forms will no longer be processed after July 15, 2026: Bond (SA-132), BAN (SA-135), Building Contract (SA-139) and Final Cost Report Submissions. These forms must be submitted electronically through the Building Project area in the State Aid Management System (SAMS) Rebuild.
