NYS Budget Update  

Last week, Governor Kathy Hochul announced a tentative budget agreement. In her address, she indicated that budget bills are expected to be finalized this week. However soon after the Governor made this announcement, leadership in both legislative houses contradicted the Governor and dismissed the idea that the three parties have come to an agreement. As of Monday morning, it is unclear when we will see a final New York State Budget. Once we have more information, we will send out an update.
