Select the Claim Verification menu on the SAMS menu bar, and then click on Claim Verification Project list and view your assigned project name(s).
If the “District Action Required” column contains a “YES”:
Your District must provide additional information to the State Aid Office to support your state aid claim in those areas. Click on your required project to view the specific instructions. After you have read the instructions and reviewed the relevant Claim Verification Form(s), click on the “acknowledgment” link at the top of the designated claim verification form.
If the “District Action Required” column contains a “NO”:
Your District has not been selected to participate in that project, and no further action is required for that project. However, you may view the Claim Verification Forms for these projects if you would like more detailed information about the projects.
