On March 16, 2026, the Non-Allowable Pupil Decimal (NAPD) Preparation and Filing memo was emailed to all School District State Aid Designees. Additional information and a list of districts required to collect NAPD data in the 2025-26 School Year (to be reported in the SAMS 2026-27 Claim Year) is now available.
