Memos have been mailed (via U.S. Post Office) to School District Superintendents reminding them of their responsibility to monitor and ensure that only appropriate users at the school district and/or BOCES have access to confidential student information in the STAC Online (EFRT) System.
School District Superintendents have until January 15, 2026 to renew or suspend their current STAC online users. If no action is taken by close of business on that date, all access will be suspended, and users will be locked out of the STAC online system.

The password associated with each “super user” Usercode has not changed since it was last utilized, though new “super users” who have not logged in during the past six months may be required to choose a new password before proceeding. Instructions for resetting EFRT passwords can be found on the STAC website.
