SED posted an Alert is to inform SSHSP providers that the annual cost report for costs incurred for the 2024-25 school year (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) opened December 3, 2025, and must be filed and certified by January 30, 2026.
To assist school district in this process, The NYS Department of Health’s contractor, Fairbanks LLC will provide trainings with a system demonstration of how to complete the cost report in the Fairbanks web-based system.
