Claims Verifications – Due April 25th

SED has opened the SAMS Claim Form Verifications, and your response and related submissions are due by April 25th. For any of the seven areas selected this year that have a “Y” next to them, you must first acknowledge that you have been selected and then complete the requested steps noted.
