A group of 26 Questar III students and staff were invited to attend the Governor Hochul’s State of the State for Future Leaders at Hudson Valley Community College this morning. During the event, the Governor discussed her journey, which included an internship she secured as a teenager though a BOCES program. Governor Hochul also proposed new investments to youth mental health and education – and answered student questions on a variety of topics. The event, which included more than 200 students and staff from eight area schools, was a preview of the Governor’s State of the State address tomorrow afternoon.
