Change is inevitable and it requires educational service agencies like Questar III to be on the cutting edge of innovation. As public education evolves, so too must our organization.
For the past two decades, Questar III has developed strategic plans to guide our work. We have made significant progress, but the work ahead requires us to be more strategic, creative and collaborative to unleash the full power of the BOCES.
Moving forward, we will continue our quest for innovation and growth through The Leading Edge, our new plan for success. It answers five fundamental questions about our organization that will guide our planning and communication:
- Why do we exist?
- How do we behave?
- What do we do?
- How do we succeed?
- What are the most important things to do right now?
The most fundamental of these questions – why we exist – focuses on our moral imperative, or what compels us, as individuals and a cooperative, to act.
Questar III is “changing lives, realizing dreams and doing together what can’t be done alone.” This is the core of Questar III. Ultimately, we exist because our districts and students need us.
