American Rescue Plan (ARP) Application is Now Available  

The application for Part II of the American Rescue Plan is available on the NYS Business Portal. It is due August 31, 2021, but extensions are permitted. SED posted a memo detailing the instructions for LEAs on applying for the 90% Base ARP Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds and Revised ARP ESSER Allocations.  (Note: the allocations for the 90% Base portion have been revised a second time.) Please keep in mind that this is only for the 90% Base allocation. There will be a separate application for the portion allocated by New York State known as the “Learning Loss Grant”.
