Now Available: Special education providers, school districts (including special act districts), and BOCES providers should use their assigned STAC Usercodes to access their program information online and, if necessary, correct their 2021-22 program dates by June 15, 2021. To view a complete listing of your agency’s approved programs for the 2021-22 school year, please access the ‘DQPRG’ STAC online screen.
In creating the program file for 2021-22, the STAC Unit has applied the following default program dates:
- 2-month programs: July 5, 2021 through August 13, 2021
- 10-month programs: September 8, 2021 through June 24, 2022
If the above dates are not the program dates for your agency, those dates must be revised using the ‘DDATE’ STAC online screen. Note: the program start date must be the first day students will attend the program, and the program end date must be the last day students will attend the program. For the summer of 2021, the program start date may be Monday, July 5, 2021 even if the provider is closed to observe Independence Day.
Reminder: For the July/August 2021 extended school year, the program calendar must include at least 30 days during July and August. For the September 2021 – June 2022 school year, the program calendar must include at least 180 instructional days.
