School districts can now complete their 2019-20 LEA MOE Compliance Standard for the Individual with Disabilities Act (IDEA) grant programs. Please make sure you are using Version 1.3 of the LEA MOE Calculator for the 2019-20 Compliance Standard submission.
School Districts must submit their Calculator to NYSED by 3/31/21. A district is not eligible for a 2021-22 IDEA award until it has submitted and NYSED has approved their 2019-20 Compliance Standard Calculator.
For those school districts that have not yet completed the previous year’s requirements, NYSED will continue to work with your district to meet this requirement.
