Payment certifications for November General Aid payments are available on the NYSED State Aid website for districts that received this payment. It should be noted that on the payment certification the Total General Aids payable (line 12) in November has been adjusted down from the Total General Aids payable (line 6) in October to reflect the Pandemic Adjustment. The Combined Fixed and Individualized Payment Schedule which was part of the Enacted Budget did not reflect this calculation so districts may be receiving less aid in November than they were anticipating.
