Claim Forms and ST-3
To ensure that your district’s information is included in the November 2020 database, it is important that your claim forms and ST-3 be submitted and cleaned by October 15th. If you need any assistance, please contact us. Please also remember to send a copy of the ST-3 to OSC at: AFRFile@osc.state.ny.us.
Financial Statements
Once your external audit is complete, please remember to submit the audit, the acceptance of the audit by the BOE, and any Corrective Action Plan(s) through the NYSED Business Portal in a timely manner to ensure no additional delays in payment of 2020-21 State Aid.
