CARES Act Combined Funding Application – Extension to file expires September 30th

On July 20^th SED released information on the application process for school districts to apply for $1.2 billion in Federal CARES Act funding. Eligible school districts are required to submit a single CARES Act Combined Funding Application for both ESSER and, if applicable, GEER, funding using the online SED Monitoring and Vendor Reporting System. Extensions to file the grant applications expire on September 30, 2020. If the district has not filed the required applications yet, please use the SED Monitoring and Vendor Reporting System to do so before the close of business on Wednesday, September 30^th.
