Districts must certify to the Comptroller’s Office, the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance and the State Education Department information about their adopted budget and tax levy for the 2020-21 fiscal year.  The certification is accessed through OSC’s Online Services Website and is due by July 21st.

School districts that will be holding a budget re-vote on July 28th are advised to submit their Tax Cap Compliance Submission at the earliest possible date after the re-vote.
