An updated sample ESSA-reporting template is now available for school districts and BOCES that subscribe to State Aid Planning. It is located in the ESSA section of the ‘Other’ tab on the Topics area of our website. In order to download the template, please send an email to questarsap@questar.org and your district-specific password will be sent to you. You can also use the email to update any contact information so that our database is current and your district doesn’t miss any important information!
We also have a revised Power Point presentation, ‘How To Use The Sample Excel Template for ESSA Reporting’, available here, to help districts meet the reporting requirement.
