A message from Ms. Remillard:
January marks the end of the second quarter and we are officially halfway through the school year! Winter is in full swing! Some students are staying inside and enjoying a good book from our Book Fair to keep warm and some of our students are bundling up and enjoying recess outside as the weather permits!
During our December PBIS Assembly, I was thrilled to announce that our students earned the first Marble Party of the school year! That means that throughout the school, children were caught following the rules and earning extra KUDOS! The Skill of the Month for January is “Goal Setting!” The start of a new year is the perfect time to set some new goals. Next month’s newsletter will share some tips on setting healthy snack goals!
GWS is very excited to announce our family fun night on January 29th from 5 pm to 6:30. Our entertainment will be provided by Mr. Rust is a multi-talented family performer. Hope to have all our families join the festivities!
