School districts can now begin to report 2018-19 actual expenses for the ESSA Financial Reporting requirement. Staff should log on to the NYS Business Application Portal and the ESSA Financial Transparency Form in IDEx to confirm correct inclusion of the schools in the district and to become familiar with the form and required data. Superintendents will need to give School Business Officials access to the IDEx system. District and school-level data must be submitted by March 1, 2020.
A letter and guidance document was sent to State Aid designees yesterday, December 30th.
