Students and staff at Columbia-Greene and Rensselaer Educational Centers will host local veterans for their annual Veterans Day luncheons on November 7. Culinary Arts and Introduction to Food Services students prepare a full meal with all the fixings, turkey, ham, potatoes, vegetables, sides and more, along with a full complement of desserts as a way to give back and thank veterans in our area for their service to our country.
There will be two seatings at each location. Reservations are required, so call the school if you are interested in attending.
