The 2018-19 claim forms are now available in SAMS. Form A is not yet available but is expected to be released shortly. A link to SAMS and additional information can be found on SED’s State Aid Unit website: http://stateaid.nysed.gov/. Please note that the Submission Deadline is Tuesday, September 4th.
According to information in SAMS there is a known issue with SAMS and Microsoft’s newest version of Internet Explorer 11. While SED addresses the issue districts can either downgrade to an earlier version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer or use an alternate web browser (Mozilla’s Firefox or Google’s Chrome browsers are the recommended browsers).
