The Administrative Salary Disclosure Form is now available and must be submitted through the State Aid Management System (SAMS) by close of business on Monday, May 7th.

The salary threshold for the 2018-19 school year is $135,000.  Districts are required to list the salaries, benefits and other forms of compensation for Superintendents of Schools, Deputy/Assistant/Associate Superintendents and the salaries of any other certified school administrators or supervisors who are budgeted to be paid at or above the $135,000 threshold. This listing refers to information budgeted in May 2018 and expected to be paid in 2018-19.

In addition, the Administrative Salary Disclosure form is one of the required attachments that must be included with the budget document (Budget Statement) and made available to the public.  Additional information regarding the Administrative Salary Disclosure process can be found at this link:  http://www.p12.nysed.gov/mgtserv/admincomp/home.html.
