The New York State Employee Retirement System (ERS) released employer contribution rate (ECR) information, impacting the 2018-19 school budget. The rates can be found at http://www.osc.state.ny.us/retire/word_and_pdf_documents/employers_files/2019_final_rates/2019_ers_final_rates.pdf.
There will be no ERS exclusion as part of the 2018-19 property tax cap calculation, as exclusions only apply when the average contribution rate increases by more than two percentage points. That is not scheduled to happen in 2018-19.
