State Aid Output Reports for the 2017-18 school year are now available through SED’s State Aid Public Website which can be located here: https://stateaid.nysed.gov/.
Please walk through the following steps to view your reports via SED’s State Aid Website:
- From the State Aid homepage enter your school district’s name or six digit district BEDS code in the “View District Data” box at the top left and select “GO”
- Next click on the URL for your school district
- Once the State Aid data page for your school district is displayed, scroll down to the heading “STATE AID CLAIM REPORTS”
- Select “Available from the SAMS State Aid Claim Page”
- Enter the school district name or six digit BEDS Code in the box under the heading “Enter Institution Name or BEDS Code” and select “SUBMIT”
The 2017-18 list of Output Reports should then display on your screen.
