Just as a physical anchor keeps a ship from drifting, our anchor strategies ensure we do not drift from our moral imperative – changing lives, realizing dreams and doing together what can’t be done alone. They take the form of a series of questions we ask ourselves when looking to take on a new project, create a new service, or otherwise address or solve an issue internally or within our districts.
