Questar III BOCES is participating in the Back to School Expo – the region’s largest back to school expo – for the fifth consecutive year.
The event will be held at the Empire State Plaza in Albany on Saturday, September 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Convention Center.
Questar III will join Capital Region BOCES, Tech Valley High School and others to provide hands-on STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) activities to students and parents.
Visitors to Questar III’s booth learn about the STEM connection to cosmetology. Questar III offers a cosmetology program to high school students in Rensselaer, Columbia and Greene counties.
The event will also feature entertainment, exhibitions, giveaways and celebrity appearances by Calum Worthy (“Dez”) from the show Austin & Ally and Peyton Meyer (“Lucas”) from the show Girl Meets World.
