Through Questar III’s textbook coordination service for non-public schools, more than 1,500 students are served. The information below covers the responsibility of the non-public schools and parents. Please read carefully.

Textbook Loan Forms – Due to Questar III by June 1, 2012
The Questar III textbook loan forms are now on-line. Our office will only accept loan forms that are printed out in landscape format. Complete information must be typed or clearly printed on each form submitted. You may print out more than one form if needed.
Parent/Guardian Information
Book Return – June 2012
Each parent/guardian is responsible for returning their child’s loaned textbooks by the end of June. See the return schedule for a list of locations. There will be additional collection locations, dates and times for Averill Park, Brittonkill, Catskill, Coxsackie-Athens, Hoosic Valley, Lansingburgh and Wynantskill school district residents.
QIII Office Hours for Book Returns:
Daytime: Any Day Monday – Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Extended Evening Hours: June 25th, 26th & 27th – 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Closed Weekends
Important:
If your child has a course change, contact us. If your child no longer attends the private school, please return the books to our office or your school district as soon as possible. Your child’s name and school district of residence must be attached to the books you are returning.
If a book is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, the parent is responsible for payment of the book(s) to Questar III.
