From the North
- Take I-87 South to I-90 East.
- Travel east on I-90 to Exit 11-W.
- Get off I-90 at Exit 11-W - Nassau.
- Proceed to the first traffic light and turn left onto Schuurman Road..
- Bear right at the fork.
- Go past Green Meadow School which is about 1/4 mile from the traffic light.
- The center will be on the left.
From the South
- Take New York State Thruway north to Exit 23.
- From toll booth proceed to Route 787 North.
- Take Route 787 North to I-90.
- Take I-90 East (signs say "Boston").
- Get off I-90 at Exit 11W - Nassau.
- Proceed to the first traffic light and turn left onto Schuurman Road.
- Bear right at the fork.
- Go past Green Meadow School which is about 1/4 mile from the traffic light.
- The center will be on the left.
From the East
- Take I-90 West to Exit 11W - Nassau.
- At the end of the exit ramp, take a left onto Routes 9 & 20.
- Proceed to the first traffic light and turn left onto Schuurman Road..
- Bear right at the fork.
- Go past Green Meadow School which is about 1/4 mile from the traffic light.
- The center will be on the left.
From the West
- Take I-90 East to Exit 11W - Nassau.
- At the end of exit ramp, proceed to the first traffic light and turn left onto Schuurman Road.
- Bear right at the fork.
- Go past Green Meadow School which is about 1/4 mile from the traffic light.
- The center will be on the left.
