Questar III’s Teacher of the Blind/Visually Impaired (Related Services) service provides a variety of services to blind/visually - impaired students, including one-on-one instruction and support. Students learn a variety of adaptive skills and use state-of-the-art technology. The teacher serves as a consultant to classroom staff and provides and modifies resource materials geared to the individual student. This service is one-on-one with the student and teacher and runs September - June with extended year service available.

Questar III BOCES helps school districts operate more efficiently and cost effectively by pooling their resources and sharing costs. BOCES services are created when two or more school districts have similar needs that can be met by sharing staff members, classroom/office space, equipment, time or expertise.
