Questar III’s Music Therapy service enhances student learning by extending ongoing music instruction in special education programs. Music Therapy improves communication, cognitive, motor and social/emotional skills through music activities. Music therapy activities provide positive environmental stimulus through music and motion. This service runs September - June and an extended year service option is available. Note: Group will be provided when requested if two or more students in the classroom are available. The rate will be adjusted to half the individual rate when group is available.

Questar III BOCES helps school districts operate more efficiently and cost effectively by pooling their resources and sharing costs. BOCES services are created when two or more school districts have similar needs that can be met by sharing staff members, classroom/office space, equipment, time or expertise.
