Questar III’s PACE Intensive program serves students with moderate to severe developmental delays and emotional/behavioral difficulties. Students require a highly structured program with a high staff to student ratio. The program focuses on functional academics and life skills as appropriate in a highly restrictive setting. PACE Intensive includes: behavior specialist consultation, crisis intervention support, psychologist support, social work support (1x30 group) and physical education or adaptive physical education, if appropriate, (3x40 group). Note: The program runs September through June, with an extended year program as an option. The PACE Intensive program is four students per one teacher and two teaching assistants (4:1:2).

Questar III BOCES helps school districts operate more efficiently and cost effectively by pooling their resources and sharing costs. BOCES services are created when two or more school districts have similar needs that can be met by sharing staff members, classroom/office space, equipment, time or expertise.
